What is GSē ?
GSē Properties & Development Corporation is a privately held Corporation located in East Palestine, Ohio. The main purpose of this Company is to not only be successful, but help East Palestine to be successful as well. We will do this by investing in our City, and by using the resources from within our City as much as possible.

East Palestine is located just west of the Ohio-Pennsylvania Border within a driving time of 45 minutes from Pittsburgh, PA, 20 minutes from Youngstown, Ohio, and 80 minutes from Cleveland, Ohio. Income Tax Levels and Property Tax Levels are significantly lower in Ohio than in Pennsylvania, and East Palestine recently passed an Ordinance allowing a 100% Property Tax Abatement for the Construction of new homes and/or renovation of current homes for 5 years. Nearby Columbiana, Ohio, which has had phenomenal growth in the past couple years, now has a moratorium on building due to outdated Sewer and Water Facilities. Those Facilities will not be updated until late 2005.

Word of Mouth travels quickly, and a supplier will support his "bread and butter" if that means increased profit or him or her. Also, money made in an area is often spent in that area. We create a cycle by doing this, and once started this cycle will escalate. So, one way of Marketing in this area is just by buying supplies in this area. And when you are building 60 homes that means a lot to a supplier.
Examples of East Palestine resources we can use are: brick and concrete suppliers, lumber yard owners, electricians, plumbers, internet providers, landscaping companies, financial institutions, embroidery shops, excavators, and more. That is a lot of marketing potential, which travels outside of the area very quickly.
Also, this stimulus to the East Palestine economy will attract more businesses and employees alike. Those employees will need homes for their families.
East Palestine, even with world events going on outside it, has continued to maintain its warm-hearted, down to earth appeal to many people.
