Captain Daniel Sneddon, President: Born and raised in East Palestine, Capt. Sneddon graduated from Ohio University with a Degree of Engineering and Technology in Aviation. He is a Captain with a Regional Airline based out of Columbus, Ohio, but still resides in East Palestine. As part owner of GSē, Capt. Sneddon will use his talents learned from being the Chief Negotiator for the Pilots Union at his Company, to negotiate supply contracts/purchase agreements, schedule home construction, and maintain a positive Corporate Atmosphere utilizing the best qualities of all individuals involved. Leonard Glavan, Vice President: He is the President of G&G Construction, a well-known area Carpenter, Craftsman, and General Contractor. Mr. Glavan has a great reputation for meticulous work that only increases in value. As part owner of GSē, his construction company will be doing all building and large renovation projects for GSē. Mr. Glavan is married and has two sons residing in East Palestine. Gary Sneddon: An area resident for most of his life, Mr. Sneddon has 25 years of experience in sales, corporate affairs, marketing, and production. At GSē he will be selling homes and property. Mr. Sneddon is married and has two children and two grandchildren living in East Palestine. Lewis Sneddon (Grandpa): An area resident for over 70 years, Mr. Sneddon has over 40 years of sales and marketing experience. He also has over 25 years of experience going to Sheriff's Sales and Auctions. He will be utilizing his experience to acquire undervalued properties, which can be returned to the market in various ways. |
