The name Sunset Square comes from GS² (Squared) and the view of the sunset when on the property.
Because of the unique location and topography of this land, each home in this development will have an unobstructed view of the Sunset.
Sunset Square Development will be on 31.1 acres of land located on the South East quadrant of East Palestine just inside the City Limits.
